Who we are....

From our offices in Hatfield, situated 7 miles outside the North of England town of Doncaster in South Yorkshire, Greenfield Design draws on the talents of an extended family group of experienced webmasters, Internet specialists, graphic artists, photographer and administration expert, who work together to produce custom built web sites and related Internet pages for clients on both sides of the Atlantic.

Through our web experience, we have the ability to produce large and small-scale web sites, employing the latest technology for multi-media, on-line content management, and e-commerce applications.

We have a huge amount of experience in Internet and Web specialties and all related arts between us, but despite this wealth of knowledge, our prices are very competitive even for a modest web site.

We are an independent web design company and although we offer a full Internet hosting service, we will work to find you a hosting service that meets your requirements, acting as your agent to evalute and obtain a hosting contract for your company. We are equally happy to design and build a site on our in-house web server, on your existing hosting service, or a new service.

The Design Team

Ron Greenfield The Design Team is led by Ron Greenfield, who has many years as a webmaster under his belt. Ron was one of the founder members of DoncasterOnline.com ( The largest community website in Doncaster ). He is an ICT teacher, artist and web designer.


Mamie Greenfield Born in Louisiana, raised in Chicago, ranched in Texas, her last stop before crossing the pond to marry Ron was South Carolina. Mamie an American Graphic Artist / Portrait Artist Mamie is a very talented and experienced in Internet matters.


Ian Greenfield Most of the photographs used by Greenfield Design are taken by the Team's photographer, Ian Greenfield. Years of experience and experimentation in the darkroom have given Ian an insight into many aspects of photography, and now using the very latest Nikon Digital cameras he is developing new skills for the web.


Jan Herrod All the day-to-day running of Greenfield Design is in the very capable hands of Ian's partner, Jan Herrod, who has been an Adminstrator for one of the countries top retail outlets for many years.
